As part of Bentley’s annual Early Careers intake, you’ll join a community of around 250 trainees including Industrial Placements, Graduates, and Apprentices.

About the role:
As an Industrial Placement Student at Bentley, you will play a key part in Bentley’s journey to creating extraordinary vehicles for our customers. Based out of our state-of-the-art headquarters in Crewe, you will:
- Understand how data supports the impact to customer experience and business performance,
 - Develop strong commercial awareness,
 - Gain exposure to real world data challenges in the luxury automotive sector,
 - Have the opportunity to explore your own ideas and insights and see how they drive business decisions,
 - Work alongside and be mentored by industry leading professionals.
 
Your main responsibilities include:
- Analysing Sales and Marketing data to identify trends, risks and opportunities,
 - Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI,
 - Assisting with forecasting and trend analysis for key business metrics,
 - Supporting the team in making data driven decisions for campaigns and projects,
 - Presenting findings in a clear, accessible way to colleagues across the business,
 - Collaborating with teams to improve data processes and reporting standards.
 
About the Department:
Join Bentley’s Sales & Marketing function and help shape the future of a luxury automotive brand through data driven decision making. You will learn how data supports everything from customer experience to business strategy, gaining hands on experience with real business challenges and industry-leading tools.
Focusing on the Sales and Marketing elements of the Beyond100+ Strategy you will gain a real insight into understanding how data drives key business operations and underpins the delivery and implementation across all of our workstreams.
What we are looking for:
The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees Business or other Technical degrees. Modules in Data Analytics or Mathematics preferred.
Skills required for the role:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
 - High attention to detail and accuracy,
 - Confident communicator, being able to explain complex ideas simply,
 - Proficient in Excel; experience with data visualisation tools is a plus,
 - Inclusive, collaborative, and eager to learn from others.
 - Demonstrable interest in AI tools, data analysis, software and reporting.
