BEPROUD NETWORK AT MANCHESTER PRIDE 2022
This year and as part of our BeProud network we took part in Manchester Pride. Themed #MarchForPeace, it marks the 50th Anniversary of Pride in the UK.
But Pride is far more than waving flags and holding banners; it’s a demonstration of intent for a world where nobody should face discrimination because of who they are. Because no one is really free unless we’re all free and no one gets left behind.
Our strength is our difference. It’s how we think, our ideas, our innovation, and our potential. It’s what makes us who we are. At Bentley, we have five Diversity Colleague Network Groups which are open to anyone.
All colleagues are invited to join the BeProud network, including those identifying as LGBTQ+ and non-LGBTQ+ allies. Our mission is to bring together LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies to raise awareness and support for LGBTQ+ topics at Bentley Motors and in our local community.
