Purpose of the Role:

Bentley Motors Wood Shop is entering into the next phase of its evolution to support the introduction of its new Bentley Electric Vehicles (BEV), this exciting change will be its biggest in over twenty years. To support this change the Bentley Wood Shop are introducing an in-house injection moulding facility to produce back injected interior parts.

To create these parts we plan to have the first three Engel injection moulding machines (1000T, 600T and 400T) commissioned by the end of 2024, with further machines planned in the future to support additional new model introductions.

Ideally we are looking for a Back Injection Moulding Technician who has experience of in-mould decoration / labelling or back injection on to fabrics. A Bentley’s interior is not limited to just wood veneers so we need a candidate with the willingness to learn the specific requirements of the process needed for the production of back injected natural wood but also stone and aluminium veneers also.
