Bentley was founded in 1919 by W.O. Bentley, and became renowned for extraordinary cars, innovative engineering and the highest quality craftsmanship. Our customers were equally renowned, and helped cement Bentley’s reputation for high performance with their racing exploits. Today, Bentley benefits from being part of the VW Group, opening up a world of opportunities, experiences and support.

Our Beyond100+ strategy outlines our commitment to a fully electric future, aiming to produce only electric vehicles by 2035. The strategy also focuses on creating a carbon-neutral, industry-leading manufacturing facility at our historic Crewe site, securing Bentley’s legacy and innovation for the future. Bentley continues to lead the transformation of the luxury automotive industry, staying true to the principles of our founder, W.O. Bentley, to build "the best in class".

Our site, based in Crewe, England, is home to over 4,000 Bentley colleagues. Our single-site headquarters is an industry-leading certified carbon neutral campus, offering unrivalled facilities including green space, free parking, restaurants, coffee shops, an on-site gym and more. Investment into our site continues as we now turn our focus to building our ‘Dream Factory’ for an electric future.

SUSTAINABILITY
Our commitment to sustainability goes further than revolutionising powertrain technology. Our Crewe site is officially carbon neutral, and features a ‘living green wall’ made up of 2,600 plants, along with 300,000 flying bees in nearby hives. We’ve halved energy consumption, cut waste disposal by 98%, and installed a 10,000 solar-panel car port. We also strongly embrace our social sustainability, through initiatives that help to sustain and enrich our local communities.
