Purpose of the Role
Join the HR Strategy & Transformation team as a Senior HR Digital Project Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across the Volkswagen (VW) Group on the HelloSuccess transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior HR project and change manager looking to make a significant impact while building strong relationships with project teams and key sponsors. This role collaborates daily with the Programme Manager.
Reporting into the Head of HR Transformation your main responsibilities include;
- Overseeing HR program content, progress, and results, within the local geographical ‘Hub’ consisting of VW Group companies based in North & West Europe.
- Fostering strong internal and external relationships with the central programme team, Hub companies any third parties.
- Providing strategic leadership and direction for all project aspects and ensuring the successful delivery of key milestones.
- Managing incidents through resolution, incorporating feedback to refine new requirements and enhancements.
- Leading proactive risk and issue management, ensuring risks are identified, actioned, and escalated as necessary.
- Preparing and presenting regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders, including at programme steering committees.

The HR Strategy and Transformation team is responsible for driving change, managing risk and compliance, developing Bentley's people strategy, and leading strategic and operational change projects within the HR function and across the business. By implementing a new digital solution and best-in-class processes, you will be integral to helping Bentley achieve its ambitions to digitalize and enable strategic HR. About you – Skills and Experience
- Proven experience managing HR systems transformation projects through the complete project lifecycle from initiation to implementation
- Human Resources (HR) process knowledge
- Strong knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors solution would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management experience, with a proven ability to influence others
- Holding an accreditation such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent would be advantageous
- Knowledge of Bentley processes and systems would be advantageous
