Purpose of the Role

Join the HR Strategy & Transformation team as a Project & Data Analyst, where you will be a crucial part of the HelloSuccess transformation programme. This is a dual role providing both valuable support to the HelloSuccess programme team as well as supporting the Organisational Design (OD) team with administration and data analysis activities.

Reporting into the Head of HR Transformation your main responsibilities include;

• Project coordination, progress tracking and analysis within the local geographical ‘Hub’ using agreed project management methodologies
• Supporting the Bentley Hub leads with monitoring, delivery and reporting
• Supporting the delivery of Hub communications across all in-scope entities
• For the Organisational Design (OD) team, supporting project monitoring, reporting, data analysis and administrative tasks

The HR Strategy and Transformation team is responsible for driving change, managing risk and compliance, developing Bentley's people strategy, and leading strategic and operational change projects within the HR function and across the business. By implementing a new digital solution and best-in-class processes, you will be integral to helping Bentley achieve its ambitions to digitalize and enable strategic HR. About you – Skills and Experience

• Demonstrable work experience in programme and project management office environment is required, ideally with experience within HR / People functions
• Proficient in utilizing project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills PowerPoint, and Excel
• Demonstrable experience in SharePoint and strong ability to create content
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities
• Strong skills in manipulation of data for reporting purposes
• Project management qualifications advantageous
