Purpose of the Role
Join the Product Strategy and Delivery function as the Personal Assistant to the Chief Product Strategy and Delivery Officer where you'll  provide high-level Executive support while collaborating with colleagues and other stakeholders across the VW Group, the Product Line, Engineering and the Strategy functions. Reporting into the Chief Product Strategy and Delivery Officer your main responsibilities include;

 

  • Complex diary management and co-ordination of meetings, including preparation of agenda and collation of data
  • Working and networking cross functionally, with a network of PA’s and with colleagues in the VW Group to support activities
  • Reviewing and prioritising all correspondence, preparing daily schedules and pre reading and approving documentation for review and distribution
  • Acting as a brand ambassador and ambassador for the Chief Product Strategy & Delivery Officer
  • Ensuring the efficiency of operations in the Chief Product Strategy & Delivery Officers office, identifying and exploring opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Organisation of complex national and international travel arrangements, proactively ensuring the end to end journey has been planned and a step by step schedule created

 

About the Team
The Product Strategy and Delivery function is responsible for delivering our current vehicle programmes and determining our future product portfolio, aligning with VW Group partners and the Bentley Beyond100 strategy. Comprising of the Product Lines, Portfolio Planning and the Digital Transformation team, the product strategy function covers all aspects of product lifecycle conception, management and delivery.

 

 

About you – Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability and gravitas to engage and influence a broad range of cross functional stakeholders, up to and including board level
  • Proactive with outstanding organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Tenacious and resilient with a can do attitude and a continuous improvement mind-set who thrives on autonomy and has the ability to problem solve
  • A person of high integrity with the ability to manage confidential information in a sensitive manner
  • German language skills are advantageous, but not essential
  • Experience working with Senior Leader/Director or Board Member level in a fast paced, commercial organisation ideally as a PA or Executive Assistant
