Our Industrial Placement Programme:
As part of Bentley’s annual Early Careers intake, you’ll join a community of around 250 trainees including Industrial Placements, Graduates, and Apprentices.

About the role:
As an Industrial Placement Student at Bentley, you will play a key part in Bentley’s journey to creating extraordinary vehicles for our customers. Based out of our state-of-the-art headquarters in Crewe, you will:
- Gain invaluable experience working on high profile strategic projects that fully supports our purpose to be the world’s most desirable and valued luxury brand,
 - Have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment and bring your ideas to life in real-world business situations,
 - Gain invaluable experience dealing with multiple different stakeholders and how we need to consider our global audience due to language, culture and legislation.
 
Your main responsibilities include:
- Supporting project managers in delivering key Beyond100+ Strategy projects and workstreams,
 - Helping coordinate cross-functional teams and track project progress,
 - Assisting with risk management, reporting, and documentation,
 - Contributing ideas for process improvements and innovation,
 - Communicating project updates to stakeholders across the business and levels.
 
About the Department:
Join Bentley’s Sales & Marketing function and learn how to deliver strategic initiatives that drive business success. You will gain experience in planning, execution, and stakeholder management, working on projects that shape the future of the brand.
Working with and being mentored by expert industry colleagues, you will gain a real insight into the requirements needed to deliver our strategy and an understanding of how agility is crucial across all levels to ensure we deliver on time, to budget and to quality.
What we are looking for:
The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Business Management, Project Management, International Business and Business Administration.
