Purpose of the Role

Join the HR function as the HelloSuccess Process Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in the implementation of standardized Volkswagen Group-wide HR processes as part of Bentley’s global Hello Success programme.

 

Reporting to the Head of Colleague Services, you’ll be a key driver of process and system transformation, focused on core HR operations and document management. Including all hire-to-retire transactional processes, colleague record keeping, and data retention, ensuring alignment with the new global model.

 

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the world’s largest SuccessFactors transformation—supporting both the project and our people from the very beginning. You’ll help embed the new solution, providing vital support to users before, during, and after implementation to ensure a smooth and effective transition.

 

  • Act as the primary knowledge holder and contact for Bentley's legacy Core HR and Document Management System (DMS) processes
  • Define local UK requirements, providing legal and business-critical justifications for integration into Employee Central SuccessFactors module and the DMS
  • Review existing materials and provide document-type mapping for DMS localisation
  • Work to integrate and adapt existing HR and document management processes into the new global processes
  • Understand the new processes and their impact on Bentley
  • Supporting the identification of additional or off-system processes that may be required to work with the new SuccessFactors design
  • Support data-related activities like reporting, migrations, and interfaces
  • Lead test preparation and execution, coordinating with local test teams and collecting test data
  • Ensure process documentation and policies are updated in line with new designs
  • Work cross-functionally, building relationships with stakeholders, engaging in programme objectives and progress reviews
  • Support Change, Communications and Training activities
  • Identify change risks and support business readiness assessments
  • Develop and deliver training and support communication efforts
  • Ensure smooth knowledge transition to the permanent Colleague Experience (i.e. HR Shared Services) team

 

About the Team

As a member of the Colleague Experience Centre team you will be joining a high performing, high energy team who act as the outward face of our People function. The colleague experience centre respond to all initial questions into the People function, handling around 10,000 tickets each year raised into our ‘Ask HR’ system and process all transactional People related tasks, predominantly working within Success Factors People Central, Tempus time management and our digital e -filing system.

 

About you – Skills and Experienc

  • Strong functional HR knowledge, particularly in generalist HR and document management processes
  • Experience using systems and technology to support projects and process improvements
  • Experience working in structured project environments, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Logical and analytical mind set, with strong attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions
  • Experience in designing and testing business processes
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload effectively
  • Experience in gathering, recording, and implementing business requirements
  •  Skilled in the creation and execution of system/process tests
  • Willingness and capability to transition legacy processes to new systems
  • Familiarity with SAP HCM Infotypes and their configuration (a plus)
  • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and effective questioning
