Purpose of the Role

Join the People & Culture team as an HR Digital Project Specialist, where you’ll be responsible for the delivery and business acceptance of digital projects, enabling the deployment of our People & Culture strategy across the business.

Reporting into the HR Digital Transformation Manager, the role holder will work with internal customers to identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities by the implementation of digital solutions. You will lead on the planning and scheduling of people and organisational digital projects, utilising the most appropriate project and change management methodologies to ensure maximum adoption and benefits delivered.

This is a job share role for 20 hours per week on a permanent basis. The job will be shared with an incumbent employee. The two job share roles will be jointly responsible for multiple projects within the HR Digital space. This is a hands-on role, with the ideal candidate bringing a breadth of knowledge and experience across change management and HR IT Projects.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Project manage digital initiatives across the wider People & Culture function using the most appropriate project management methodology
  • Focus on Customer/Colleague requirements (for now and in the future) in order to provide an engaging and continually improving colleague experience
  • Develop business cases to ensure all HR digital initiatives offer value for People & Culture and the wider business
  • Responsibility for working closely with IT to plan, schedule, resource and deliver all People & Culture digital initiatives within budget and to the appropriate level of quality
  • Analyses change impact of new initiatives
  • Identifies and leads on stakeholder engagement of impacted groups
  • Leads creative delivery of training & communication activities to drive maximum adoption
  • Utilise technology in order to support People & Culture digital transformation and become a benchmark for other functions / Group companies, e.g. new approaches to system testing & rollout and gathering feedback to measure adoption

 

About the Team

The HR Digital team is part of the HR Centre of Excellence. Through the implementation of new digital solutions and best-in-class processes, the HR Digital team are integral to helping Bentley achieve its ambitions to digitalise and enable People & Culture strategy. This role will be pivotal in helping to transform our People & Culture ways-of-working and influencing positive change.

 

 

About you – Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable Project Management skills are essential
  • The ability to influence and manage change
  • Experience of supporting strategic projects and cross business projects is essential
  • An IT background is desirable, with experience of working within the HR domain, including SuccessFactors
  • Ability to work on own initiative, with excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to think strategically and develop new systems and processes
  • Data Analysis skills, with the ability to solve problems, using creative thinking to reach the desired solution
  • Knowledge of best-practice project and change management tools and techniques
  • Highly IT literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communications skills required, in particular with high-level presentation skills
