Apprenticeship Programme:

As one of our Bentley apprentices, you will combine practical experience with classroom learning to achieve a Level 6 Digital and Technology Solutions degree. You will play a significant part in our business as we continue on this exciting journey to deliver extraordinary vehicles for our customers. Based out of our state-of-the-art headquarters in Crewe, you will:

What you’ll be doing:

As an Apprentice in the Production Control Team you will have exposure to the best luxury cars in the world. You will understand electrical systems integration and learn how we ensure the reliability of our whole tool chain. Working alongside and being mentored by industry leading professionals you will be exposed to world of electrical systems integration, learning how we ensure the reliability of our whole tool chain.

Your main responsibilities include;

  • Collaborate with the production control team to deliver projects
  • With support from the team ensure the electrical systems on our vehicles are arranged and set up accurately
  • Management of electrical commissioning which is the final phase in the lifecycle of an electrical system before it becomes operational. This includes verifying, documenting and rightly placing different hardware and software in the vehicle systems 

About the Department:

The Production Control team are at the forefront of vehicle electrical commissioning, ensuring that all systems are seamlessly blended and fully operational. We are constantly working to enhance processes, improve system performance and ensure compliance with industry regulations, all while implementing emerging technologies.

 

What we’re looking for

Training Provider Entry Requirements: please see entry requirements below:

Manchester Metropolitan University requirements: A-levels at grades BCC (104 points minimum) or an equivalent such as BTEC, DMM. T-levels accepted.

Five GCSE’s including Math and English at Grade C (4) minimum or above.
