Apprenticeship Programme:        

As one of our Bentley apprentices, you will combine practical experience with classroom learning to achieve a Chartered Manager Degree (Level 6). You will play a significant part in our business as we continue on this exciting journey to deliver extraordinary customer journeys. Based out of our state-of-the-art headquarters in Crewe, you will:

  • Work with experts who will support your professional and personal development

  • Spend 20% of your time learning with an external training provider and 80% of your time gaining hands on experience

About the role:

Working within the Aftersales – Warranty, Analytics & Governance Department, you will support the delivery of exceptional customer experience across a global network of retailers as part of the wider Aftersales team. You will have exposure to the best luxury cars in the world, whilst working alongside and being mentored by project management and data analytics professionals. You will gain invaluable experience collaborating with different business areas and ensuring customer satisfaction in our global retailer network.

 

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Help to shape Global Warranty Policy & Processes for the Bentley Retailer Network,
  • Working in collaboration with the Regional Team to manage and deliver key performance targets,
  • Take ownership of delivering key operational and strategic projects to support the Aftersales Strategy,
  • Support management of departmental risk management,
  • Support with the creation of presentations to deliver to Senior Managers and the Board,
  • Collaborate with other areas of the business, participating in cross-functional projects,
  • Support the delivery of technological innovations

 

About the Department:

The Warranty, Analytics & Governance Department is responsible for defining, monitoring and governing Warranty Policy and Procedures across the world, designing and delivering all Aftersales data analysis and reporting requirements and acting as the central governance pillar – supporting the delivery of strategic and operational projects, managing departmental risk and finance. The successful candidate will be coached and mentored by experts gaining invaluable skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.

 

What We Are Looking For:

Training Provider Entry Requirements: Manchester Metropolitan University-

  • Must hold a level 2 qualification in English Language and Maths Grade 4/C or above
  • Applicants should have a minimum of 104 UCAS points at A-level (grades BCC) or an equivalent (for example, BTEC DMM).
