This year, we are embracing the 5-Day Challenge, a powerful initiative designed to inspire reflection, conversation, and progress. Through this, we aim to further embed race equality into our workplace culture and encourage open dialogue.

- Including – Creating safe spaces for open dialogue, networking, and sharing ideas to drive meaningful change.
