As members of Race Equality Matters, we recognize that meaningful change requires action – because #EveryActionCounts. This year, we are embracing the 5-Day Challenge, a powerful initiative designed to inspire reflection, conversation, and progress. Through this, we aim to further embed race equality into our workplace culture and encourage open dialogue.

#BeUnited: Driving Positive Change

One of the key pillars of our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) strategy is our #BeUnited network. This employee-led group plays a vital role in fostering inclusion and supporting ethnic minority colleagues by:

  • Informing – Raising awareness of ethnic minority topics and how we can better support one another. 
  • Including – Creating safe spaces for open dialogue, networking, and sharing ideas to drive meaningful change. 
  • Improving – Identifying opportunities to welcome diverse talent and support career progression within Bentley.
