On the 9th of October at the SHINE Awards 2025, #WellbeingAtBentley won Corporate Wellbeing Champion of the Year. The award is for the company that goes above and beyond to ensure their colleagues' mental health and wellbeing remain a key priority.

This recognition showcases the extraordinary work we have been doing in workplace wellbeing, particularly with our new proactive and innovate initiatives aimed at supporting and assisting our colleagues. Examples include the Reset and Recovery room, active breaks, physical health assessments, and live, interactive webinars.
