AUTOMOTIVE 30% CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Dr Karen Lange, Member of the Board for HR at Bentley is proud to renew our silver membership with the Automotive 30% Club for 2025.
The Automotive 30% Club is a voluntary group of MDs and CEOs from automotive manufacturing, retailing and supplier companies, driving change in the workplace. The purpose is to achieve a better gender balance within the automotive industry, with the aim of filling at least 30% of key leadership positions in the member organisations with women by 2030.
The Club was founded by Julia Muir in March 2016 with 12 Founder Members to change the game in the sector and inspire gender balance within the automotive industry.
