Careers at Bentley Motors

Colleagues across Bentley came together to mark VE Day -Victory in Europe Day - with a moment of silence and reflection across our sites.

A two-minute silence was held at midday to honour those who served and sacrificed during the Second World War. In support of the observance, digital screens across site were paused 15 minutes before and during the silence with an announcement to advise of the upcoming silence, to help ensure everyone was aware and able to take part.

In our Heritage Garage, members of our BeReady Network - Bentley’s armed forces and emergency services network - were on hand to mark the occasion and speak with colleagues about their connections to service, remembrance, and resilience, along with some cupcakes.
