CELEBRATING SUCCESS: AHMED NAQVI NAMED AMONG ICAS TOP 35 UNDER 35 RISING STARS

We are delighted to celebrate the success of Ahmed Naqvi, who has been recognised as one of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) 35 Rising Stars for 2025.

Following a global search for the most inspiring emerging talent in accountancy, Ahmed has earned his place on this prestigious list, which highlights the top 35 Chartered Accountants under 35 shaping the future of the profession.

The ICAS 35 Rising Stars platform recognises individuals who demonstrate ethical leadership, drive innovation, and champion positive change in their organisations and communities.

Championing Inclusion and Positive Change

Ahmed’s career to date reflects a strong commitment to inclusion, sustainability, and the wellbeing of others: At Bentley, he has made a significant impact as part of the BeUnited (cultural awareness) and BeAccessible (mental health) networks, while also serving as EDI lead for Finance and Finance lead for Sustainability.

A Growing Legacy of Excellence

The ICAS 35 Rising Stars builds on the success of its predecessor, the One Young CA competition, which has spotlighted many inspiring leaders, including 2017 winner Jonny Jacobs CA, now Group Finance Director at Holland & Barrett and recently elected ICAS Vice President.

Ahmed’s recognition is a proud moment for Bentley. It reflects not only his professional excellence but also his passion for fostering a more inclusive, sustainable, and forward-looking workplace.
