We’re proud to announce that Bentley Motors has won the Diversity & Belonging Team of the Year Award at the Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards, a national celebration of organisations creating healthier, more inclusive workplaces across the UK.
Launched in 2021, the Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards shines a spotlight on teams and organisations that are redefining how wellbeing shows up at work, not just through policies, but through culture, leadership, and meaningful action. As the awards celebrate their fifth edition in 2026, they continue to honour those driving positive change for the mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing of people at work.
This award celebrates teams that champion diversity, equity and belonging, with a strong focus on supporting underrepresented groups across gender, age and disability. For Bentley, this recognition reflects the sustained work of our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) community, from leaders and colleagues to our colleague network groups, who continue to embed inclusion into everyday working life.
