Careers at Bentley Motors

On Earth Day, we published our second annual Sustainability Report, highlighting how we aim to become the global leader in luxury sustainable mobility. The 125-page document focuses on our achievements in 2023, as we target end-to-end carbon neutrality by the end of the decade. It also throws the spotlight on the initiatives and programmes that support more than 4,000 colleagues working at the carbon neutral factory in Crewe, where all Bentley models are built.
