ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Product Security Programme Manager to join the business on a full time permanent basis, at our Crewe campus working on a hybrid basis. The Product Security Programme Manager role reports to Chief Product Security Officer and is responsible for project managing all product security work products for all projects.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for project management of cyber security deliverables for all projects.
  • Coordinate and organise cross functional programme meetings/committees (ACMS operational meetings)
  • Manage cross functional budget, resource planning/forecasting for product security topics
  • Manage risk management for product security.
  • Manage with group and build product security portfolio needed to satisfy all Bentley projects.
  • Ensure project plans, security case and type approval/certification readiness is managed in a timely and qualitatively and efficient manner.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE       

The successful applicant will be a delivery focused and experienced Project/Programme Manager with technical product cyber security competencies ideally gained from within the automotive sector.

 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Software Project management experience (5+ years)
  • Product security technical competency (UNECE, R155, R156, ISO21434)
  • Risk, Budget and Portfolio management experience
  • Software/Programming knowledge (C, C++)
  • Delivery focused
  • Project management and Planning
  • Good communication at various levels in different forums
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to influence colleagues within your area of responsibility 
  • Engineering degree or equivalent is essential (or equivalent experience)
  • Associate member of relevant professional institute is desirable
  • Good communication skills(German language would be advantageous)
