EXTRAORDINARY GRADUATE PROGRAMME

The Bentley Graduate Programme is designed to give you a broad experience of the business. Working closely with technical experts, a community of peers and other trainees, you will spend your two years focusing on projects and tasks aligned to your home department’s objectives, while also gaining an understanding of the wider business processes and functions. We encourage Graduates to spend time learning how the product is built in our factory, whilst also recognising the route that a customer order takes to make it to the production line. At Bentley, we ensure everybody feels connected to our amazing products and services - and as an integral part of the team your input will be valued alongside every colleague.

 

In addition, you will be part of a community of over 150 trainees all working towards the same developmental goals. You will spend time developing your behaviours and project management skills through collaborative work with this community of trainees, from charity work and attraction activity to project management opportunities.

 

EXTRAORDINARY TEAM

The Quality department interacts with all areas of the business to ensure Quality is instilled into all processes from concept development through to customer ownership. The Graduate will have placements in a of number departments with differing responsibilities; from our Field and Reliability team who manage field issues and test whole vehicle reliability cars, Supplier Quality who work to mature new development parts with suppliers and Production Quality who work with manufactured product. There will also be the opportunity to experience other areas such as Project Planning, Laboratory and Metrology. It is a varied role enabling differing experiences which will give the opportunity for additional placements in Engineering and the wider business areas.

To apply for this Graduate Programme you must be on course to achieve or have achieved a minimum of a 2:1 BEng, MEng or PhD degree in an Engineering discipline, alongside a pass in Maths and English at GCSE Level.

  • Be excited to take ownership of and deliver projects
  • Be confident in all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)

  • Be confident yet open-minded – willing to listen and learn from every Colleague
