The Bentley Undergraduate programme will drive your personal and professional development to new heights. Working closely with technical experts, a community of peers and other trainees, you will spend your year focusing on projects and tasks aligned to your home department’s objectives. Additionally, you will spend time developing your behaviours and project management skills through collaborative work with our community of trainees. Undergraduates at Bentley work with apprentices, graduates and interns to deliver community and sustainability projects.



Our Sales & Marketing department is constantly adapting to the changing technology and consumer trends, applying marketing tactics across a range of different channels from our global website to our sophisticated digital customer journeys. Our mission is to grow the relevance of our brand and products in a fast changing competitive landscape. As an Undergraduate of the Marketing Programme, you could work in one of the following roles:


Brand Communications

The Brand Communications Undergraduate will work to support the planning and implementation of product launches and brand marketing campaigns. Additionally, the role will support the delivery of global media/advertising campaigns, specifically in social media.


Brand Experience

This Undergraduate will work within the Brand Experience team to support the delivery of critical projects, bringing creative and innovative ideas to enhance the end customer experience. The role will focus on responsibilities such as supporting the marketing of the factory customer experience, the development and delivery of global & internal events and the implementation of project applications for the 3D Brand Expression, “look & feel” of the brand.


Brand Partnerships

This Undergraduate will work within the Brand Partnerships team to accelerate Brand Vision, connect with the next generation of luxury customers and create customer access and revenue. The role’s responsibilities will include supporting product launch process and product development.


Brand Communications Content

The Brand Communications Content Undergraduate focuses on supporting the content development and production for brand activity and product launches. A large responsibility of this role is to support the delivery of social media assets and educate internal stakeholders on the Bentley brand Corporate Identity guidelines.


UK Regional Sales and Marketing

This Undergraduate will work within the UK Regional Marketing team supporting projects such as UK marketing strategies and campaigns and setting up and hosting events. The undergraduate will get the opportunity to understand the requirements of the region and how they are impacting the success of the business. 


Customer Engagement & Mobility

The Customer Engagement & Mobility Undergraduate will be responsible for the coordination and support of a number of Bentley’s Mobile Customer touchpoints – notably key strategic user engagement platform. The role will also involve work to support User Experience transformation initiatives, specifically in the digital space. 


Retailer Academy

The Retailer Academy are a global team, supporting over 200 retailers around the world with all of their learning needs. The Undergraduate role will include project management, managing suppliers, learning about budgets, and stakeholder management. There will be multiple opportunities to both support and lead key strategic projects for the Retailer Academy team.

To apply for this Undergraduate Programme you must be on course to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 degree in Business, Marketing or a related subject, alongside a pass in Maths and English at GCSE Level.
