EXTRAORDINARY UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMME

The Bentley Undergraduate Programme will drive your personal and professional development to new heights. Working closely with technical experts, a community of peers and other trainees, you will spend your year focusing on projects and tasks aligned to your home department’s objectives. At Bentley, we ensure everybody feels connected to our amazing products and services - and as an integral part of the team your input will be valued alongside every colleague.

 

Additionally, you will spend time developing your behaviours and project management skills through collaborative work with our community of trainees. Undergraduates at Bentley work with apprentices, graduates and interns to deliver community and sustainability projects.

 

EXTRAORDINARY TEAMS

In Production at Bentley, we have launched our WINGS programme that will strategically deliver our objectives towards our Beyond100 Strategy. As an Undergraduate of the Manufacturing Production Programme, you could work in one of the following roles:

 

Production Assembly

This Undergraduate will be working within the team responsible for the assembly of our Continental Range and Bentayga. Responsibilities of the role will include improving the process flow to support customer delivery time and supporting strategic business strategy.

 

Vehicle Finishing

The Vehicle Finishing Undergraduate works within the Production team responsible for vehicle finishing on our full model range. By supporting the vehicle finishing and improvement of quality, the role will contribute to delivering WINGS within the department.

 

Paint Operations

The Pain Operations Undergraduate sits within the Production team responsible for the supply of painted bodies to our main assembly lines; Continental Range and Bentayga. Working within this team will see the role supporting strategic business approach and working to deliver production.

 

Maintenance

The Maintenance Undergraduate will primarily be supporting the Production department in delivering their WINGS programme. This will require supporting strategic business approach, delivering preventative maintenance, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

To apply for this Undergraduate Programme you must be on course to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 degree in Manufacturing, Business or a related subject, alongside a pass in Maths and English at GCSE Level.
