The Bentley Undergraduate Programme will drive your personal and professional development to new heights. Working closely with technical experts, a community of peers and other trainees, you will spend your year focusing on projects and tasks aligned to your home department’s objectives. Additionally, you will spend time developing your behaviours and project management skills through collaborative work with our community of trainees. Undergraduates at Bentley work with apprentices, graduates and interns to deliver community and sustainability projects.



The Sales & Marketing function is the link to the Bentley customer. In a world of rapid change, listening to, interpreting and ensuring the voice of the customer is clearly heard within Bentley is critical to business success.  As an Undergraduate of the Business & Project Management Programme, you could work in one of the following roles:


Customer Relation Management

The Customer Relation Management Undergraduate will be responsible for the coordination of a number of activities focused on understanding Bentleys customers. Examples being how they engage with the Bentley brand and how Bentley responds to provide each individual customer with a tailored customer experience.


Warranty Analyst

The Warranty Analyst Undergraduate works within the Aftersales function as a whole, working to enhance the Bentley warranty system. This involves analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement and developing the corresponding controls using the warranty system’s inbuilt logic capability.


Aftersales Project Management

The Aftersales Project Management Undergraduate will work in a cross functional project delivery team for Aftersales, leading critical project issues impacting product launch and reviewing lifecycle strategies.


Process and Systems Development

Working within the Strategy and Development Systems team, the Undergraduate will be supporting projects such as; analysing processes within Sales and Marketing, identifying potential business movements, and following improvements through the whole project cycle.


Sales Performance and Reporting

The Sales Performance and Reporting Undergraduate will work within their team to support and coordinate strategic projects related to the health of the business at a Bentley Retailer level. Additionally, responsibilities will include supporting in budget management, supplier support and engagement in review meetings.


Sales Operations

Based in the Sales Operations team, the Undergraduate will have the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of the business and operational delivery. Seeing the journey of the car from initial customer enquiry, through to confirmed order, planning, manufacturing and distribution. The Undergraduate will be responsible for ensuring the right cars are built for the right customers - at the right time. As well as building relationships with key interfaces in Manufacturing and Sales & Marketing.

To apply for this Undergraduate Programme you must be on course to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 degree in Business or a related subject, alongside a pass in Maths and English at GCSE Level.
