About the Role

We are seeking a Product Incident Manager to join the business on a full time permanent basis, at our Crewe campus working on a hybrid basis. Reporting to the Head of Cyber security, the Product Incident Manager will be responsible for overall management for the end to end process for Product Cyber security Incidents for Bentley Motors.


The role drives all elements of the processes that make up the Secure Operations Centre for Product. They are responsible for processes and incidents ensuring they are managed correctly and all issues are resolved or escalated.


Responsibilities include:

  • Manage Product Cyber Security customer management issues
  • Manage Product Cyber Incidents End to End
  • Manage Product Cyber Security Risks & Reporting
  • Coordinate and Manage incidents in cross functional teams
  • Manage Product Cyber Security Monitoring


About the Person

The successful applicant will be an Incident Manager / Incident Response Manager /  Security Operations / Cyber Security & Incident Response Management with 5+ years’ experience within a complex, global security / audit / vulnerability management team.


  • Experience in problem resolution design and delivery
  • Experience within a customer facing/supplier management role
  • 5+ years’ experience with managing the status of incidents/audits through regular updates
  • BA/BS in computer science, information security, related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with high volume workflow process and procedures
  • Experience in leading a cross functional system implementation Interpersonal skills and ability
  • Automotive or equivalent process knowledge at both assembly (plant) and complete business (brand) Advanced knowledge of product electrical architectures
  • Demonstrable experience of cyber techniques and tools
  • Ability to manage cyber incidents, risk and response
