EXTRAORDINARY GRADUATE PROGRAMME

The Bentley Graduate Programme is designed to give you a broad experience of the business. Working closely with technical experts, a community of peers and other trainees, you will spend your two years focusing on projects and tasks aligned to your home department’s objectives, while also gaining an understanding of the wider business processes and functions. We encourage Graduates to spend time learning how the product is built in our factory, whilst also recognising the route that a customer order takes to make it to the production line. At Bentley, we ensure everybody feels connected to our amazing products and services - and as an integral part of the team your input will be valued alongside every colleague.

 

In addition, you will be part of a community of over 150 trainees all working towards the same developmental goals. You will spend time developing your behaviours and project management skills through collaborative work with this community of trainees, from charity work and attraction activity to project management opportunities.

 

EXTRAORDINARY TEAM

The Regulatory Compliance department are responsible for ensuring that all parts being shipped globally comply with the country’s specific regulations and certifications. The Business and Project Management Graduate will support the development and implementation of strategies that support global parts distribution compliance for Aftersales, while developing an understanding of the wider business functions within Bentley.

To apply for this Graduate Programme you must be on course to achieve or have achieved a minimum of a 2:1 degree in a relevant subject area, alongside a pass in Maths and English at GCSE Level. A degree in Business or a related subject is preferable.
