ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Cyber Security Product Owner to join the business on a full time permanent basis, at our Crewe campus working on a hybrid basis. The Cyber Security Product Owner within product security will report to Vehicle Cyber Security Manager. The Cyber Security product owner will be responsible for owning end to end expert knowledge with security features across the product landscape.

Responsibilities include:

• Own end to end product security function.

• Be responsible from introduction of security concept to development, testing and product impact evaluations.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE       

The successful applicant will be a delivery focused and experienced Cyber Security Product Owner. With technical product security competencies ideally from within the automotive sector

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Security technical competency (UNECE, R155,R156,ISO21434)

• Software/Programming knowledge (C, C++)

• Encryption algorithms knowledge

• Ability hack and resolve incidents

• Good communication at various levels in different forums

• Good presentation skills

• Ability to influence colleagues within your area of responsibility

• Good communication skills (German language would be advantageous)

• Engineering degree or equivalent is essential (or equivalent experience)

• Associate member of relevant professional institute is desirable
